WordSteps Reader is a free desktop application which helps to learn new words when reading foreign web sites, MS Word documents, PDF texts etc. It's very simple to use - just select unknown words or phrases and press hotkey. The program translates selected words on the fly, adds them to your local dictionaries and uploads to the WordSteps.com where you can learn new words using 6 interactive exercises.
